Online bill pay is available for customers wishing to pay their City of Parsons utility bills with their Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. The first time (and only the first time) you sign on, you will need your account number and previous amount paid. After that, you will choose a user ID and password.
Customers utilizing this service will be charged a convenience fee per transaction of $2.00 for utility payments. The convenience fee is paid directly to Tyler Technologies to provide this service and it will appear on credit or debit card statements as a separate charge.
A convenience fee will not be charged for those who wish to set up automatic bankdraft payments. To set up automatic bankdraft payments, download the Bank Draft form and return it along with a voided check to the City Utility Office, 112 S. 17th Street, Parsons, KS.
NOTICE TO UTILITY CUSTOMERS

If your utility service has been disconnected due to non-payment, you are required to come into the office at 112 S. 17th Street, in person and pay a re-connect fee before service will be re-established. All online payments received after the
